Montegufoni Castle is part of a large estate comprising vineyards and olive trees and is surrounded by the beautiful Chianti landscape. In the castle there are 39 apartments and a large garden with a nice swimming pool: the perfect spot to relax and have fun with your family and friends.

A bus stop with busses to Florence is only a few meters from the castle away. Bikes and scooters for rent are available in Montespertoli.
At guests’ disposal: large and very charming terraced park furnished with garden furniture and table tennis, beautiful Italian gardens (dating back to the 18th century) with lemon trees and swimming-pool (12 x 6 m - open from 01/04 to 31/10). Reception open from 9.00 to 12.30 and from 14.30 to 18.30. The outbuildings of the castle as well were restored and turned into charming apartments. The castle is run by the Posarelli family. Arcobaleno is a traditional stone house in a hilly and panoramic position with the typical rural architecture. In the past the Italian writer Vasco Pratolini lived here, and today it represent the ideal place to spend an holiday in an enchanted atmosphere, giving the feeling of having remained still in another era, at the quiet rhythms of a time that was.
The house is located on the slopes of Pratomagno, which stands out from the Arno valley and descends with wide natural terraces full of olive trees, until the road of the “Setteponti”, connecting the cities of Arezzo and Florence. The village of San Giustino Valdarno with restaurants, bars and shops is about 1 km away and can be easily reached on foot with an enchanting walk through vineyards and olive grow.
Maximum relax in the beautiful private swimming pool (mt. 10x4,5, depth mt. 1,40, completely fenced - open from 01st May to 30th September ) with solarium equipped with deckchairs, tables and sun umbrellas and in the gazebo overlooking the valley below.
