The living capacity for the entire property is 48 persons; in the garden there is a very large covered outdoor space where people can eat together.
There is also a communal indoor space with a fireplace, sofas, armchairs and a large table and chairs for eating together, but no communal kitchen.
An outdoor Jacuzzi is available on request and for a fee.
