A final cleaning service is required at the end of the stay. Heating is available upon consumption and is not compulsory; it is important to note that the heating system serves either the house or the swimming pool, but not both simultaneously. Electricity and air conditioning are metered separately. Pets are welcome upon prior request, subject to an additional weekly fee.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is required upon confirmation of the booking, with the final balance due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. The minimum stay is 1 week, and the changeover day is Saturday. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out must be completed before 10:00 am.
