Check-in is available from 3 pm to 7 pm, and check-out is required by 10 am. A security deposit is required upon arrival. The minimum stay requirement is 7 nights with Saturday to Saturday turnover. Pets are permitted at the property with a maximum of 2 animals allowed. The villa provides ceiling fans in all bedrooms to maintain comfortable temperatures. Wood for the fireplace and barbecue is provided, though this amenity is not included during the summer months. The property features convenient air parking space for your vehicle. Both apartments are equipped with American coffee machines and juicers for morning beverage preparation. The kitchens contain comprehensive tableware including glass plates and various dishes to accommodate your dining needs. Garden maintenance takes place on Saturdays, and pool cleaning and maintenance are performed on Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the swimming season.
