You will find the house on the edge of a large olive grove of about 3 hectares, tended like a meadow that, from the top of the hill, with a harmonious succession of natural terraces, slowly slopes down towards a wooded gully.
A few steps from the house and immersed among the olive trees is the completely fenced swimming pool for your exclusive use (size 5x10 m - depth 1.10-1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), a green oasis for your summer days. The first floor hosts 5 double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room and minibar fridge; 1 bedroom can be converted into twin beds upon request, and 2 bedrooms can each accommodate an additional single bed. All rooms overlook the park. The basement includes a second kitchen, a spacious open-plan area for activities such as wine tasting and cooking classes, a cellar stocked with fine Tuscan wines including Montalcino, Montepulciano, and Chianti, a living area with sofas, and a billiard table. The basement also houses the spa, featuring a jacuzzi bath, relaxation lounges, a sauna, a Turkish bath, an emotional shower, and changing and massage rooms.
