Outdoor

The gated entrance guarantees the safety and privacy of the estate. An elegant unpaved driveway through a garden ornamented not only with olive trees but also with classical and baroque marble statuettes, columns and pillars leads to the buildings themselves. Walking up a few steps our visitors first arrive at an elevated outdoor atrium of 90 m2 which is lovely for its own sake. In fact, flanking the large entrance that welcomes our clients are walls decorated with various quite unique small antiques. Along the walls are a number of large, comfortable wrought-iron armchairs covered with soft cushions. The terrace holds a large table where guests can enjoy meals at any time of day. This is not the only enclosed area outside the Villa: there is in fact another small atrium of 60 m2 opposite the main entrance. It, too, is quite refined, opening out from the building’s stone cladding through two airy arched vaults. Two centrally located tables and comfortable armchairs with red upholstery provide open-air relaxation. The walls in this area are all made up of sfumato technique murals similar to the frescoes of ancient Roman villas. Next to the house, set in the peacefulness of the countryside, is the swimming pool (it measures 5m x 12m with a depth ranging from 1.20 m to 2.50 m), complete with lounge chairs and umbrellas where you can enjoy the warm sunshine of the Tuscan countryside. If you prefer to read or sip a cup of tea, the spacious frescoed lodge with its tastefully refined furnishings is ideal. There’s also a large, comfortable barbecue area with a wood-burning oven. Every corner of the outdoor area has its own special niche carved out of and fitting into the natural surroundings of 4000 m2, where our guests can lose themselves in relaxed reading or just enjoy the atmosphere.

Ground Floor(150 sqm):
From the moment you enter all the necessary characteristics are already at hand: the comfort of the drawing-room unites with the classic furnishings, the modern LED television is flanked by two marble pieces of enormous artistic value, with a fireplace at its base in a framework of elegant white marble.The other ground floor drawing room is slightly more austere.Two very different surroundings, but connected by the age-old leitmotiv of art in its every form and aspect. Next is the kitchen area, made up of two rooms, the dining room and the kitchen itself. The first is notable for its extremely elegant white table that occupies the entire room, standing on a large carpet whose colors reflect the lively pattern of the surrounding wallpaper. Furniture, mirrors, draperies, everything is in tune. The kitchen is lined with bright aquamarine tiles and features a stove, two sinks, a dishwasher, an oven, two working surfaces, a pantry, two sets of drawers and a small marble table. All these rooms open onto a elegant terrace of 60 sqm.

First Floor (150 sqm):
Upstairs are the six large beautiful double bedrooms of the Villa Belle Epoque. Each has its own particular style, in colors that are at the same time bright and relaxing, with furnishings and details making each different from the others and one of a kind. Some of them have access to a panoramic covered terrace of approximately 90 sqm, facing the hills of Arezzo. Each bathroom is next to its own bedroom and completely harmonized with it. They all provide every possible service for your personal care and hygiene, and are equipped with large side-lighted mirrors.

Upstairs are the six large, too 'it of 150 m2, beautiful double bedrooms of the Villa Belle Epoque. Each has its own particular style, in colors that are at the same time bright and relaxing, with furnishings and details making each different from the others and one of a kind. Some of them have access to a panoramic covered terrace of approximately 90m2, facing the hills of Arezzo. They range from warm tones and a majestic white bed combined with impressive, ultra-refined marble bathroom finishing, to a splendid four-poster bed that seems to float on the air, pleasing paintings of French gardens, gilded headboards as opposed to others in simple hand-embroidered fabric and still others in austere dark mahogany. The kitchen is lined with bright aquamarine tiles and features a stove, two sinks, a dishwasher, an oven, two working surfaces, a pantry, two sets of drawers and a small marble table. All these rooms open onto a elegant terrace of 60 m2 that lends itself very well for a relaxing breakfast with a panoramic view of the hills of Arezzo.

Sitting Room

From the moment you enter all the necessary characteristics are already at hand: the comfort of the drawing-room unites with the classic furnishings, the modern LED television is flanked by two marble pieces of enormous artistic value, with a fireplace at its base in a framework of elegant white marble. There is no lack of carpets and paintings, carefully chosen and combined with attention to the smallest detail. The other ground floor drawing room is slightly more austere, due to the more severe, less baroque style of the paintings. The bright colors of the green walls stand out in stark contrast with the furnishings and the central table in dark mahogany, and the carpet and armchairs are less intricate and pompous than in the first room. Two very different surroundings, but connected by the age-old leitmotiv of art in its every form and aspect.
