The first level also includes a room with 2 beds (80 cm) and a small, open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. Step outside into the garden from the kitchen. There is also a shower/WC on this level.

Upstairs, you'll find two more rooms: one with a double bed and the other with 2 beds (80 cm). There is also a bath/WC. Gas heating is available from 01.11. to 15.04. The terrace is roofed and furnished with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and 2 deck chairs.
