Conveniently located 25 km (16 mi) from San Donato In Collina, Italy in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings" and only 22 km (13 mi) from Florence. In nearby towns there are local shops where you can find fresh produce and other items. If you can't find what you need locally, there is a shopping center located 10 km (6 mi) from the property where you can purchase your food and essentials.
The villa is divided into 3 apartments that are not internally connected.
The owners live on the ground floor of the property, they have their own indepentent entrance and they do not share any external spaces.
