Another living/dining room with a kitchen corner and a double bedroom with a shower/bidet/WC and a flat-screen TV with air conditioning are also located on this level. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, five gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and steamer. Additionally, there is a shower/bidet/WC on this level.
On the lower ground floor, you will find a double bedroom with a bath/bidet/WC, hydro massage bath, and a flat-screen TV.
