The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and features a large living room with an open-hearth fireplace, designated for decorative purposes only, along with a dining table and television, with access to a 35 square metre terrace. This level contains 2 double bedrooms, each with 1 double bed, and an open kitchen that opens onto the terrace. The upper floor bathrooms comprise 2 rooms each fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC.
