Rectangular in shape, the pool measures 14 x 7 metres with a maximum depth of 2.40 metres and is surrounded by elegant "cotto" flooring. Guests can also enjoy a dedicated solarium area and a beautifully maintained lawn furnished with sun loungers, a table, chairs, and umbrellas. An outdoor shower is also available at the poolside for added convenience.

To the left of the entrance, a large living room with an ornamental fireplace provides an elegant space for relaxation, while to the right, a dining room and an open-plan kitchen with a fireplace create a warm and sociable atmosphere. The ground floor also features a service bathroom, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom with queen-sized beds, both of which are equipped with en-suite bathrooms and enjoy direct access to the garden. The first floor is dedicated entirely to sleeping accommodation and comprises 4 double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. The basement level, accessible from outside the main building, houses a practical laundry room.
