Conveniently located 1 km (3696 ft) from Sassetta, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 90 km (56 mi) from San Gimignano. Villa La Quercia is a lovely property with pool and WiFi internet. The apartment / condo has been designed with a total of three separate units. The property can sleep up to 13 guests comfortably. If you enjoy a round of golf while on holiday, then you will be happy to know there is a golf course nearby.

Ein gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes Appartement in sehr ruhiger Lage, ideal zum Ausspannen und erholen. Man braucht keine Klimaanlage, da durch die gute Beschattung der vielen Bäume, die Wohnung immer herrlich kühl bleibt, auch bei großer Hitze. Im Freien im schönen Pavillion ist der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.
