The porch directly in front of the main villa, accessible from the kitchen, is furnished with comfortable seating and a dining table, making it an ideal setting for al fresco meals in the Tuscan countryside. On the first floor, a spacious panoramic veranda is equipped with a gym area featuring a treadmill and a stepper, as well as a play area with a table tennis table. Additional outdoor seating and dining areas are arranged in front of the annexes, sheltered by verandas and porches, perfect for convivial gatherings or quiet moments of private relaxation. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool occupies a private terrace positioned at a lower level than the villa, approximately 30 metres from the house and accessed via 2 gates and a short stone staircase.
