The villa was absolutely lovely, mainly for its privacy, space and amazing large private terrace. A car is absolutely necessary as the villa is way out in the country. Nearest village for groceries being about 2 kilometers away. The villa and complex was better than described. The pool was cleaned regularly, bar situated at poolside (not expensive). Temperature ideal. Lots of wardrobe and draw space. The only thing which was missing was a full length mirror (perhaps a woman thing) but I'm sure if I had asked for one they would have brought me one. Also perhaps a brighter light would have been good when putting make-up on in the evening when the daylight is going. Most definitely recommend property.

This is a simply lovely place to stay, particularly if you've got kids. It is a family-run establishment, run by Marina and Francesco, who could not be more welcoming. Marina teaches Tuscan cooking for a living and part of the experience is the offer of a Tuscan cookery course, followed by a traditional Italian evening meal with the family!
The facilities are lovely and homely apartments, each with a private area. There are all the cooking implements, plates, dishes, tools you could wish for. Bedrooms are good sixe and in our apartment there was choice of 2 showers. There is a simply lovely communal swimming pool sunk into the middle of a large grassy area which is lovely to sit at and perfect for keeping an eye on the kids. We couldn't improve on the experience if we tried! Thanks you, so much, Marina and Francesco (and your kids) for a simply perfect experience and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone!

Good: Nice house, nice pool and nice reception. Very nice environment (if you like to be in the middle of nowhere).
Not so good: There is no usable shade available outside the house. A few parasols at the pool and a common room with one side open, but that is filled with a table tennis and not really a rest area.
Sprinklers are loud and go off at 3am and 6am. If you happen to be in an apartment where the bedroom sides with the grass you'll likely get no sleep.

Very nice area. A lot of space available inside the clean appartments. Just a few renters on a big property with a beautiful swimmingpool. Real Tuscany feeling.

Charming small villa with beautiful gardens. The pool was great for kids as it was not too deep and it was cleaned daily by the owner. Many lovely places to explore nearby – Populonia is well worth a visit. There are also many nice beaches in the area. We enjoyed a wonderful relaxing family holiday here.

We genuinely ednjoyed the place and the owner was very accommodating. Our only "grumble" was that the pool is not conveniently accessed from the "sitting area" in the garden - steps down would have been much easier and made the pool area more "inclusive" (the existing access is walking down a gravel path... and the pool is not easily overseen from this sitting area)

A large and comfortable villa next to the surprisingly lively yet un-touristy village of Radicondoli. Up on the hilltop, the villa benefits from cool evening breezes - much appreciated after days spent exploring all the key sights in the area. Siena and Chianti are easy day trips. Florence is further away, but still do-able. There are also many wonderful towns within easy reach, such as San Gimignano, Moteriggioni and Volterra.
Just one comment on the villa- I would not book it for 12 as this involves losing the one indoor living area. The maximum should be 10, and only then if at least two of the party are children between the age of 3 and 10 (to both safely negotiate the stairs and also to fit into the child-sized beds in one of the upstairs bedrooms).

Great! Very easy the booking and detailed informations found on the voucher. The apartment was fully in line with description as well as the service.
The place then, (Tuscany middle ages village located ontop of a hill very close to seaside...) was terrific.
Suggest to go there!!!
