Involtini Di Carne Al Vino Bianco

Meat rolls with white whine

Ingredients:

  • Beef escalops of about 100gr each (3.5 ounces)

  • 1 small omelettes for each escalope

  • Mix of aromatic herbs: thyme, tarragon, sage, rosemary, mint

  • Parmesan cheese in thin slices

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Glass of white wine

Preparation:

  1. Prepare as many small omelettes as the escallops.

  2. Put over each, after salt and pepper, the mixture of the herbs finely chopped, 1 omelette and some thin slices of parmesan.

  3. Roll each slice and close with a toothpick, put in a pan with olive oil and cook for about ten minutes, add the wine and cook for 5 minutes more.
