Located in Barberino Val d'Elsa, a pretty town in the metropolitan area of the city, the Valle degli Alpaca is a farm where the animals are raised for their wool and their charm! Established for fun back in 2001, the farm was created when the owner, Antonella, fell for these adorable mammals. Since then, the scope and business has grown and there are lots of alpacas to be found on the farm. Antonella also uses their wool to create hats, capes, blankets, stoles, scarves, arm warmers, leg warmers, bags, and much more besides.
