Outdoors
The park surrounding Villa Il Foramasso extends over a predominantly flat area of approximately 5,000 sq m within the broader 14-hectare estate, offering a serene and private outdoor environment with beautiful panoramic views on all sides. A terrace has been thoughtfully arranged as a relaxation area, while a furnished portico at the exit of the living room provides a welcoming space with sofas and a table for outdoor dining. The garden is planted primarily with lawn and enriched with numerous species of Mediterranean plants, herb bushes, and a variety of flowers. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival. A large, exclusive swimming pool area is set in a panoramic position within the park, reached along a drive of approximately 70 m bordered by hedges. The rectangular non-heated swimming pool measures 7 x 17 m, with a depth varying from 1.40 to 1.80 m. It is lined in PVC, features chlorine purification, and is equipped with submerged steps for easy water access. The surrounding area, finished in stone and lawn, is furnished with elegant sunbeds, umbrellas, a cold-water shower, and a small shady seating area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Villa Il Foramasso is configured across 2 floors and is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests across its 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each served by its own private bathroom, for a total of 5 bathrooms. On the ground floor, the entrance leads into a small hall that opens to the right onto a sitting room featuring a large fireplace and direct access to the furnished portico, as well as to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry at the rear. To the left of the entrance, you will find a TV room, a spacious living room with a fitness area and games table, and a dedicated utility room housing the washing machine, a sink, a wood oven, a barbecue-fireplace, and a large work table. Two guest bathrooms are also located on this floor. The upper floor, accessible from two sides of the house via travertine staircases, comprises the sleeping area. Here you will find 2 twin bedrooms with joinable beds, each with an ensuite bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with a divisible bed served by a bathroom featuring a hydromassage tub and shower, 1 double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower, and 1 double bedroom served by a bathroom with a hydromassage tub, sauna, and Turkish bath. A large study on the upper floor also contains a double sofa bed, offering additional sleeping flexibility for your group.

Villa Il Foramasso is a property that combines privacy with a welcoming sense of place. Within the extensive estate, the owners reside in a completely independent and separate area of the property and do not interfere in any way with your use of the park or the swimming pool. Pets are welcome at the villa, subject to prior authorisation from the owner, which must be requested before arrival with details regarding the number, size, and breed of the animals. An extra cleaning fee applies for guests travelling with pets. The property also features a sauna and a Turkish bath, available on request. Parking is available on site within the dedicated parking area close to the main entrance. The fitness area and games table on the ground floor offer additional recreational options for guests of all ages.
