The property comprises the main Tuscan stone-built farmhouse and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom in the guesthouse. Other bedrooms with en-suite bathroom can be rented at extra cost sleeping up to 18 people. Conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Creti, Italy in the tourist area "Cortona And Surroundings" and only 13 km (8 mi) from Cortona. Vacation rental Casale Valdichiana is a lovely stone building that includes WiFi internet, private pool and air conditioning. The property can accommodate up to ten people comfortably in five bedrooms with three bathrooms.
The property is internally divided into three apartments and the owners live in another house nearby (30 meters far away).
