The non-heated swimming pool, open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, is positioned just 10 metres from the house in a south-facing, panoramic corner of the property that offers a magical and unforgettable view over the gentle hills and the borgo of San Gimignano. The rectangular pool measures 8 x 4 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres and features a large step and a ladder for water access. The border is finished in travertine marble, while the inner lining is in light-coloured PVC. The pool is purified with chlorine and is equipped with an outdoor cold-water shower, as well as lighting both inside the pool and in the surrounding area. The sunbathing area adjacent to the pool is furnished with sunbeds and an umbrella for your comfort.

Lovely olive trees frame the pool without obstructing the magnificent views of the countryside and the hills beyond. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
