Adjacent to the main entrance, a spacious furnished portico offers welcome shelter during the warmest hours of the day. Next to the annex, a beautifully appointed gazebo provides an intimate outdoor sitting area, while a pebble path winds its way to a romantic, shaded, panoramic pergola with sweeping views over the surrounding countryside. The centrepiece of the outdoor experience is the stunning non-heated infinity pool, positioned on a lower terrace and accessible from the main house via a short flight of steps across the garden, or from the annex along the pebble path. The rectangular pool measures 6 x 12 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2 metres, and is finished in elegant grey stoneware tiles. It features salt-based water purification, internal lighting, and 4 submerged entry steps. The generously proportioned surrounding terrace, also tiled in stoneware, is equipped with a gazebo, sofa, coffee table, sunbeds, and deck chairs, creating an ideal setting for long, leisurely afternoons in the sun. A small annex adjacent to the pool houses a bathroom with shower and a laundry area. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. The main house is organised over 3 floors, all connected both internally and externally. On the ground floor, the main entrance opens into a welcoming living room featuring comfortable seating areas, a fireplace, sofas, and a satellite TV. From here, you access a well-equipped and bright kitchen, an adjoining dining room, and a guest bathroom. The main staircase leads to the first floor, where a sitting room with fireplace serves as a central gathering space. Once at the villa, it is like nudging the clouds, with a splendid, sweeping view over the entire Valdarno. Peace and tranquillity await you in this place, no noise other than that of uncontaminated nature. The villa also offers you the possibility of moving around quickly, thanks to the good road network on the valley, which connects the cities of Arezzo (20 km) and Florence (60 km). The nearest shops are in San Giustino Valdarno, 3 km away.
Around the villa there is a large fenced and equipped green area. Adults and children can have fun playing exciting table tennis and table football tournaments. The beautiful furnished portico will be your safe haven of tranquillity where you can enjoy a glass of local wine or an open-air dinner with typical products that you can buy from the owners.
