The property has been subjected to a technical inspection prior to the beginning of the season to verify the consistency of the description, the condition of all listed accessories, and their operational and maintenance status, guaranteeing quality, cleanliness, and comfort. The Emma Villas Concierge Team is available to assist with any emergencies or further information required during your stay, and all relevant contact numbers are provided with the booking documents. Guests travelling with pets should be aware that a maximum of 1 animal is permitted, of small to medium size with a maximum weight of 10 kg. Acceptance of animals must be previously authorised by the owner, who requires advance communication of the number of animals, their size, and breed. Please be aware that the access road to the property includes 1.2 km of unpaved road, and low-clearance vehicles are not recommended.
