The Experience
Casa Rosa is situated on the same estate as Villa Clara, a villa we have been succesfully renting for years, and used to be one of the farmers’ houses. The garden and swimming pool have been positioned on the opposite side of Villa Clara to assure total privacy. One of the rooms has facilities for disabled guests. There is a tennis club within walking distance of the house. The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.
When you arrive you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property perfect for a splendid holiday in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - visiting museums, shopping, sightseeing or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. The garden surrounding the property is delimited by a 2m high wall, which surrounds three sides of the villa. The fourth side is delimited by a low fence to enable the view of the lower hills, of vineyards and olive groves, the swimming pool, with deck chairs, and the outdoor dining area are on this side, therefore you are able to have a beautiful view of the countryside while dining and swimming.
The Italian style garden is partly in grass and partly in pebble stones. The villa's façade is dominated by a palm tree.
