The paved patio that extends directly from the kitchen is adorned with climbing jasmine and furnished with a dining table sheltered beneath a pergola, complemented by numerous relaxation areas with armchairs and small tables, making it an ideal setting for alfresco meals and leisurely afternoons. A large gazebo positioned between the house and the pool provides a shaded gathering space, while the first-floor veranda, equipped with a large table and a comfortable seating area, frames the sweeping countryside panorama in a truly unforgettable way. The private non-heated swimming pool occupies a prime panoramic position at the centre of a large lawn area, approximately 70 metres from the house and reached via a gentle descent across the grass. Rectangular in shape with a travertine stone border, it measures 12.5 x 4 metres with a depth of 1.50 metres and is equipped with hydro-massage vents. Lined in grey PVC, the pool is accessible via submerged steps on one of its short sides and is purified using a glass wool system with ultra-modern UV lamps for sterilisation combined with a moderate use of chlorine. The surrounding sunbathing area is furnished with 2 gazebos, sunbeds, small tables, armchairs, and a solar shower. The pool is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you find upon arrival.

The 2 floors of the main house are connected by an external staircase. On the ground floor, the main entrance opens into a spacious living room that combines a sitting area with a sofa, a fireplace, and satellite TV with a dining area, which in turn connects to a built-in kitchen with direct access to the patio. Accessible down 3 steps from the living room are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with joinable beds, both sharing a bathroom with shower. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. A games room, accessible from outside, is equipped with table tennis, a football table, hockey, a card table, and a professional dart board. Adjacent to the main entrance, under the portico, you will find the laundry room and the staircase leading to the upper floor. In front of the main entrance, on the opposite side of the barnyard, a separate building features an external staircase leading to a large terrace and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. A further double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower is located at the rear of the villa, in a detached structure on the ground floor, accessible from the outside only and reachable from both sides of the villa.

Villa Le Chiarne is a magnificent property obtained through careful restoration that has transformed an old 19th century farm into an exclusive place of relaxation and well-being. Swimming Pool:
The lovely fenced-in pool area is reached from the house along a short level path of about 15 m. The large travertine-paved sunbathing area is equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and tables, at the centre of which lies the free form pool, measuring 110 sq m with a varying depth of 70 to 150 cm. The pool is lined in PVC and has Roman steps and chlorine purification. Completing the area are two hydromassage pools, one with a rounded shape heated and one with a square shape measuring 4 x 4 m (that can be heated on request), the perfect point from where to admire the splendid landscapes of the Crete Senesi that surround the property. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October

La Casa dell'Artista is a delightful, characteristic Tuscan farmhouse located at the edge of the borgo of Asciano, in the magnificent, unmistakable scenery designed by the hills of the Crete Senesi, a few kilometres south of Siena. It was an old farmhouse that the current owners have completely renovated. The result is a cosy country retreat and its heart is the beautiful built-in kitchen with pizza oven and barbecue, connected to a bright veranda that opens onto a lush park, a real botanical garden studded with multiple blooms and covered with a huge expanse of lawn. Although located in the historic centre of the lively borgo (reachable through a pedestrian gate at the back of the house), with its cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, bus stop and train station, the back of the property looks out over the open countryside bordered by wooded landscapes and is the ideal location for you to enjoy your privacy and tranquility without having to forgo the amenities found in the immediate vicinity. Unmissable tourist attractions of Tuscany such as Siena, Cortona, Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano, Chianti and the Val D'Orcia as well as spa resorts like Rapolano Terme and Bagno Vignoni are all easily and quickly reachable.
Interior:
The villa has two floors connected by an internal staircase. The entrance on the ground floor leads into the living room; from here, continuing to the right you come to a bathroom with shower, the kitchen with pizza oven and barbecue and, finally, the veranda with dining table, connected to the outside by French windows. In a back room with access from the kitchen is the laundry. The upper floor comprises the sleeping area with three double bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed) and a bathroom with whirlpool tub. The bathroom is shared by two rooms and has two access doors.

Park:
The house is surrounded by a large green park set in the tranquillity of the countryside (despite being located at the edge of the borgo), which extends for about three hectares between a vast expanse of manicured lawn and rich, dense Mediterranean vegetation of shrubs, flower beds, roses and tall trees. Completing the garden is an orchard and an assorted vegetable garden with seasonal vegetables. Close to the entrances to the house is an area set up for outdoor dining, with a table protected by a large umbrella and a stone barbecue. The property is naturally bounded at the back by dense woodland (accessible directly from the garden) crossed by many paths and where it is possible to catch glimpses of hares, porcupines or roe deer. Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October, is located on terracing at a lower level in regard to the house, which is about 15 m away, and is reached down a short flight of steps and along a paved pathway across the grass. It enjoys a picturesque view of the beautiful expanse of woods stretching out in front. The pool, interred on three sides only, measures 6 X 9 m with a constant depth of 1.50 m. Lined in PVC, it has a wooden edge and a ladder for access to the water. It has chlorine purification. All around the pool is the stone-paved sunbathing area, bordered by hedges, with sunbeds and umbrella. Next to it is a pergola covered with wisteria, providing a shady and relaxing area with table and chairs. There is also a cold-water shower.

Description
In 1996 we moved to the Crete Senesi and we fell in love with this farmhouse Etruscan origins, medieval mill, peace and tranquillity. That’s why we decided to share it with our guests and their four-legged friends.
The farm keeps the whole family busy: Alessandro (biologist, nature guide and Sommelier), Elisa who looks after the administration, Mauro and Paola, retired but full time busy on the farm. And we hope that in the future even Emma and Guido will give us a helping hand.
We produce vegetables and fruit, olive oil and truffles from organic agriculture.
For our guests we organize a rich programme of initiatives discovering the colours and flavours of the Crete, wine tasting in our cosy winery and excursions by bike guided by Alessandro who is fond of cycling.

Throughout the garden, guests are welcomed by an abundance of colourful flowers, lemon trees typical of the region, and a dedicated herb corner where fresh ingredients can be gathered to prepare traditional Tuscan dishes. Under the portico adjacent to the kitchen, a large outdoor dining table offers a remarkable view of the castle of Sammezzano, accompanied by a well-equipped barbecue for al fresco meals. In the area in front of the entrance, a shaded lounge area with comfortable seating provides a panoramic outlook over the rolling green hills. The non-heated swimming pool is situated in the upper part of the property, fenced with Photinia hedges for privacy, and is approximately 30 metres from the main house, accessible via a flight of steps from the courtyard. The rectangular pool measures 5 x 10 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, is lined in light cream-coloured PVC, and features Roman steps for water access along with both internal and external lighting. A large stone solarium surrounds the pool, shaded by generous umbrellas and furnished with sunbeds and tables for relaxed sunbathing. Below the pool, a small annex houses a bathroom with shower and a changing room. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Please note that the property's photographic documentation was taken in spring, so the colours and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and surrounding greenery may vary at the time of your arrival.

To the left, a large living room with comfortable seating and a television area features an antique stone fireplace. Beyond this, the fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room occupy the lemon house, distinguished by large arched windows that flood the space with natural light. To the right of the entrance, a short corridor leads to a guest bathroom, a small study, and the entrance to a private suite comprising 3 rooms: a double bedroom with direct access to the garden, a bedroom with a queen-size sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower. A traditional stone staircase connects the ground floor to the first floor, where the main sleeping area is arranged. This upper level hosts 2 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom, and 3 en-suite bathrooms, offering ample space and privacy for all guests.

Agriturismo La Greppia is an old 17th-century farmhouse in typical Tuscan style. You will find it in the heart of the upper Arno Valley, on the slopes of the Pratomagno massif, surrounded by splendid olive groves overlooking one of the most beautiful and greenest valleys in Tuscany.
The three apartments retain clear traces of their origins, the exposed stone, the terracotta and wooden floors and the majestic beams, which will take you back in time, to the discovery of the region's rural customs. The furnishings, in typical rustic Tuscan style, make an important contribution to creating a charming and evocative atmosphere.
Inside the property there is a fourth apartment at the disposal of the owner and his guests.
Outside, you can benefit from a solarium equipped with garden furniture and umbrellas, and from an evocative, large swimming pool (size 15x6 m, depth 0.90-2.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) suspended over the panorama, from where you can be lulled by the enchanting landscape of the Tuscan hills.
The relative proximity to the exits of the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway (Km. 15 at Valdarno or Incisa exits) will allow you, when you do not prefer to relax by the pool, to reach Firenze and the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany and central Italy in just a few minutes.
