Villa Paneretta is next to the ancient Castello della Paneretta and its cellars: the production of Chianti Classico wine represents the main activity and guests of Villa Paneretta will have the privilege of tasting the unique flavor of its bottles of wine directly on the spot. The castle is open (at fixed times) for tastings and visits but the guests of Villa Paneretta will always enjoy the exclusivity of their outdoor spaces and swimming pool.

Centolivi 14 is a nice stone building (400 sq m) with air conditioning, private pool and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to 14 people comfortably in seven bedrooms with six bathrooms. Conveniently located 5 km (3 mi) from Palaia, Italy and only 36 km (22 mi) from Pisa.
The Experience
The property consists of a main house and a guest house. The main entrance to the property leads through a shady courtyard and covered loggia to a large terrace enjoying wonderful views over the landscape. Part of the large garden is an olive grove and the swimming pool (12x6m) has been placed in a spectacular position.
