You will find the house on the edge of a large olive grove of about 3 hectares, tended like a meadow that, from the top of the hill, with a harmonious succession of natural terraces, slowly slopes down towards a wooded gully.
A few steps from the house and immersed among the olive trees is the completely fenced swimming pool for your exclusive use (size 5x10 m - depth 1.10-1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), a green oasis for your summer days. This is an independent villa boasting beautiful views and its own swimming pool. Its dominating position, overlooking the Val di Chiana, is not far from the town of Civitella.
The villa itself has been recently refurbished however, it still holds its original character such as terracotta floors, wooden beams and stone arches.
