Upon arrival at the property, you are required to pay a security deposit in cash to the property representative in the amount of 800 euro, which will be returned prior to departure, net of any accidental damage to the property. All guests must provide a photocopy of their passport and sign a form for the local authorities upon arrival. The property is within walking distance from the city center. Heating in Italy is allowed by law from November 1 to April 1, with some exceptions for extreme weather conditions. Please note that fans are not usable. Kitchen services, if desired, must be arranged at least 2 months before arrival. An arrival fee applies if you arrive outside the indicated hours.
