The garden surrounding the property is delimited by a 2m high wall, which surrounds three sides of the villa. The fourth side is delimited by a low fence to enable the view of the lower hills, of vineyards and olive groves, the swimming pool, with deck chairs, and the outdoor dining area are on this side, therefore you are able to have a beautiful view of the countryside while dining and swimming.
The Italian style garden is partly in grass and partly in pebble stones. The villa's façade is dominated by a palm tree.

Description
Conveniently located 12 km (8 mi) from Bagni Di Lucca, Italy in the tourist area "Lucca - Garfagnana" and only 37 km (23 mi) from Lucca. Vacation rental Il Molino is a nice stone building (100 sq m) that includes WiFi internet and private pool. The property can accommodate up to seven people comfortably in three bedrooms with two bathrooms.
The house has a big garden, about 5000 sqm, and part of it (20 sqm) are fenced in case of the presence of a pet.
There is also a small cottage on the property where the owners spend a weekend from time to time in order to take care of the swimming pool and garden.
The house is equipped with wi-fi connection but being surrounded by forest the connection is not always stable.
