Rectangular in shape and measuring 12 x 6 metres with a depth of 1.5 metres, the pool features chlorine purification, a terracotta lining, and semi-circular basalt steps for easy access. The surrounding pool terrace, partly paved and partly lawn, is furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, tables, and a pergola for shade, as well as a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The basement includes a second kitchen, a spacious open-plan area for activities such as wine tasting and cooking classes, a cellar stocked with fine Tuscan wines including Montalcino, Montepulciano, and Chianti, a living area with sofas, and a billiard table. The basement also houses the spa, featuring a jacuzzi bath, relaxation lounges, a sauna, a Turkish bath, an emotional shower, and changing and massage rooms.
