Description
Casa San Piero is located in the centre of San Martino, Italy and only 26 km (16 mi) from Florence in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings". Casa San Piero is a lovely stone building with shared pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet. The vacation home has been divided into a total of two private apartments. The property can accommodate up to ten guests comfortably in five bedrooms with four bathrooms.
The owners live on the ground floor of CASA DEL FATTORE, while the guests are on the first floor. The two portions have separate and totally independent entrances.

When you arrive you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the mountains and the hills ideal for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. After a busy day of visiting museums, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. Also available outside are a barbecue grill and patio. Each unit has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. There are also two restaurants and a small grocery shop within a 10 km distance.
If you choose Poggio del Fabbro, you will choose an old stone farmhouse of peasant origin, dating back to the 1800s, which has recently been renovated and has maintained its architectural and stylistic features intact, respecting tradition. The warmth of the interiors, furnishings and furniture will leave you with an indelible memory of a holiday in Tuscany for years to come.
The owners, a sure point of reference for any need, live in the house next door and will be more than happy to provide you with their vegetable garden with fresh seasonal vegetables.
A few metres from the house, you can bask in the warm summer sun on the solarium of the beautiful swimming pool (size 10x5 m, depth 1.20-1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), completely fenced, which together with table tennis, table football and covered parking are for your exclusive use.
