A small olive grove, perfect for a quiet stroll, connects the garden to the swimming pool area. The pergola, set up as an outdoor lounge, provides a shaded and comfortable space for relaxing during the warmer hours of the day, while the portico is furnished with a table and chairs and is complemented by a nearby wood oven, making it an ideal setting for alfresco meals. The swimming pool is positioned approximately 20 metres from the main house and just 10 metres from the portico, occupying a perfect panoramic location overlooking the lush hills of Umbria and Lazio. The rectangular pool measures 12 x 4.50 metres, with a depth ranging from 1 to 2 metres, and features a travertine border, Roman steps, PVC lining, chlorine purification, and internal lighting. The pool is non-heated and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.
