There is a tennis club within walking distance of the house. The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.

Villa Pedone is situated on a quiet and secluded hillside, surrounded by breathtaking views of olive groves and vineyards. Although you will feel far away from the city, Lucca is only 10 minutes away by car.
